The Harrison Fort Wayne campus is conveniently located on the northwest side of town on North Clinton Street across from the Concordia Theological Seminary. The campus is easily accessible and just a short drive east of I-69 off the Coldwater Road exit.

The City of Fort Wayne

Fort Wayne is a great Midwestern city located in northeastern Indiana. With a city population of approximately 190,000, Fort Wayne represents more than one-half of Allen County's total population of 300,836. The nickname "Three Rivers City" was derived because the Maumee, St. Joseph and St. Mary's rivers all run through the city. The area where these rivers meet is where General "Mad Anthony" Wayne, for whom the city is named, built a fort after defeating the Miami Indians.

The first professional baseball game played at night "under the lights" was played in Fort Wayne. The washing machine, baking powder, jukebox, hand-held calculator, refrigerator, street lights, gas pumps, and even stereophonic sound all originated in Fort Wayne. The world's largest private collection of President Lincoln artifacts, photos, artwork and research library is in Fort Wayne at the Lincoln Museum. The city's cultural activities include theaters, performing arts, ballet, Philharmonic, festivals, a conservatory and museums.
